Replicators for artificial Material and replicators of food. Replicators of food ever more remind those from Star-Treck.
There needs to be found how to create a replicator that works without cartridge, or filling.. By creating a small nuzzle where small particles undergo a change in channeling particles and creating shape.
(Current replicators lack the possibility of creating shape out of the prepared mush).
 
By electricity and nuclear small reacting creating waste out of secluded particles to make waste along with water (for cooking).
Enough good microscope to study movement of particles and the possibility to name them, move them and channel secluded (given) particles.
